The Role
We’re looking for a GoHighLevel Funnel & Automation Specialist to:
- Build new funnels and automations in GoHighLevel for projects like our Circle community, online courses, and group classes.
- Draft workflows, emails, and integrations that support these initiatives.
- Ensure all builds are tested and approved before going live.

Important:
- You will not touch our existing appointment funnels for consult booking. Those are off-limits.
- We are not looking for an agency or someone juggling multiple clients. This is an in-house, long-term position for someone who wants to grow with us.

Responsibilities
- Build funnels and landing pages in GoHighLevel for Circle, courses, and group classes.
- Draft workflows (tags, triggers, emails) for review before launch.
- Schedule 2+ weekly emails (copy provided) and run subject line split tests.
- Upload and organize courses inside GoHighLevel.
- Set up ManyChat keyword flows (e.g., “DM MILK”) that connect into GoHighLevel funnels.
- Integrate with Circle via Zapier/Make or email invite workflows.
- Keep CRM organized (tags, segmentation, clean lists).
- Create simple dashboards to track funnel performance.

Skills Needed
- Strong GoHighLevel experience (funnels, workflows, CRM).
- Zapier/Make integrations (connecting GoHighLevel to Circle, ManyChat, etc.).
- ManyChat automation for IG/FB DMs.
- Familiarity with Circle community platform.
- Experience running email A/B tests.
- Basic familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok; Pinterest is a bonus.
- Excellent English comprehension (to QA emails and funnels).
- Attention to detail and confidence troubleshooting issues.

Hours & Communication
- 30-35 per week
- Must be available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–1 PM EST (US overlap).
- Daily communication via Slack.
- Must be reachable for urgent workflow issues (rare).

Compensation
- US $1,000–$1,600 per month depending on experience.
- Room to grow with performance and long-term commitment.
- Performance-based bonuses possible.

Trial Task (Paid)
- Build a 1-page funnel in GoHighLevel (form ? thank you page).
- Add a workflow that sends a confirmation email with a split-tested subject line.
- Upload a sample course (3 lessons) into GoHighLevel.
- Show how you would connect it to Circle.
