JOB OVERVIEW

I’m a fitness and holistic nutrition coach looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to build a complete lead generation and sales funnel for my coaching business.

This is a one-time project to design and set up the funnel, email automations, and CRM backend that will capture leads and convert them into booked consultation calls.

The goal is to create a simple, clean system that runs automatically in the background.

Project Scope

Funnel Setup
Build a simple funnel including:
•Lead magnet / opt-in page
•Thank you page
•Consultation booking page or sales page
•Mobile-optimized design

Automation Setup
Create automated sequences including:
•Welcome email after opt-in
•Lead nurture email sequence
•Call booking reminders
•Follow-up emails if a lead doesn’t book a call

CRM & Pipeline Setup
Inside GoHighLevel:
•Lead tagging system
•Pipeline stages (New Lead ? Booked Call ? Client)
•Automation workflows

Booking System
•Calendar integration for intake calls

Technical Setup
•Domain connection

Deliverables
At the end of the project I should have:
•A fully functioning lead generation funnel
•Automated email/SMS follow-up sequences

•All pages and automations tested and working
