About Us

We operate two fast-growing construction brands based in North Carolina, USA — Catawba Valley Builders (residential & modular homes) and Brush & Blade (grading, septic, and site prep).
We use GoHighLevel, Jobber, and Meta Ads to automate leads, quotes, and project tracking.
We’re looking for a full-time VA who can manage and automate our entire marketing system — from Facebook ads to client follow-ups — with precision and creativity.

Your Role

You’ll be our Automation & Marketing Manager, responsible for:
• Creating & managing Facebook Lead Ad campaigns
• Connecting Facebook ? GoHighLevel ? Jobber (via Zapier or Make)
• Building automated follow-up workflows (SMS, email, call reminders)
• Managing retargeting ads, seasonal campaigns, and budget scaling
• Maintaining dashboards & ROI reports in Google Sheets
• Auditing lead flow daily to ensure all automations fire correctly

Daily Tasks

? Monitor and optimize Facebook Ads (spend, leads, cost per lead)
? Ensure new leads sync to GoHighLevel and receive auto-texts/emails
? Maintain 10-touch follow-up workflows in GoHighLevel
? Review Jobber quotes and integration triggers
? Produce weekly KPI reports (CPL, booked jobs, ROI)
? Test automations regularly and troubleshoot issues
? Update SOPs and automation maps when processes change

Tools You’ll Be Using
• GoHighLevel (CRM + Automations)
• Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Zapier / Make (integrations)
• Jobber (quotes & scheduling)
• Google Sheets + Drive (reporting)
• Slack / ClickUp (communication & task tracking)

Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience with GoHighLevel and Meta Ads
• Familiar with Zapier / Make automations
• Understands lead generation funnels and CRM automation
• Strong English communication (written & verbal)
• Reliable internet connection and self-management skills
• Detail-oriented — able to spot errors in data or workflows fast

Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience with home services, construction, or real estate
• Familiarity with Jobber, VAPI.ai, or AI chat automations
• Graphic/video editing for ad creatives (Canva or CapCut)

Schedule & Pay
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week (flexible, but overlap 8 AM – 12 PM EST)
• Pay: $800–$1,000/month USD
• Long-term position with performance-based raises
