JOB OVERVIEW

We run a high volume of **webinars and in-person workshops**, and we're looking for a true **GoHighLevel expert** to help us build, optimize, troubleshoot, and scale our automation infrastructure.

This role is now primarily focused on **GoHighLevel**, not Zapier.

**Webinar automation experience is a must.** We need someone who understands how to build sophisticated webinar registration, reminder, attendance, follow-up, and conversion workflows inside GHL and integrate them reliably with external webinar platforms such as Demio.

Our goal is to use **GHL's native automation capabilities wherever possible**, while using Zapier, webhooks, APIs, or other tools only when necessary.

What You'll Work On

You'll be responsible for building and improving automations such as:

* Webinar registration and confirmation workflows
* Workshop registration workflows
* Email and SMS reminder sequences
* Webinar attendance/no-show follow-ups
* Post-webinar nurture campaigns
* Consultation booking and reminder sequences
* Lead nurturing and re-engagement
* Pipeline and opportunity automations
* Tags, triggers, custom fields, and segmentation
* Conditional logic and branching workflows
* Calendar and appointment automations
* Internal notifications and task assignments
* Lead-source and campaign tracking
* Complex multi-step workflows
* Demio and other third-party integrations
* Webhooks, Zapier, and API-based integrations when necessary

Webinar Experience Is Required

You should understand the **entire webinar lifecycle**, not simply how to connect a registration form.

We want someone who can think through:

**Registration → Confirmation → Reminders → Webinar → Attended/No-Show → Follow-Up → Consultation → Nurture**

You should know how to make sure the correct contacts receive the correct communications based on their behavior.

GoHighLevel Expertise

We're looking for someone with **advanced, hands-on GHL experience** who can:

* Build complex workflows from scratch
* Troubleshoot existing workflows
* Identify duplicate triggers and contacts entering workflows incorrectly
* Prevent automations from firing multiple times
* Build advanced conditional logic
* Optimize workflows for reliability and scalability
* Determine when something should remain inside GHL versus using Zapier
* Integrate GHL with webinar and other third-party platforms
* Audit an existing GHL account and recommend improvements

You’re a Strong Fit If You Have

* **Expert-level GoHighLevel experience**
* **Strong webinar automation experience**
* Experience building complex GHL workflows
* Experience integrating GHL with webinar platforms
* Strong knowledge of webhooks and APIs
* Zapier experience
* Experience diagnosing broken or inefficient automations
* Ability to understand the business objective and design the automation—not simply follow step-by-step instructions
* Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

**“You don't need Zapier for this. We can accomplish it more efficiently inside GoHighLevel.”**
