JOB OVERVIEW

We are not looking for a typical VA.
We are looking for someone who can OWN our sales pipeline and make sure no lead ever falls through the cracks.
This role is critical to revenue.
If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced with GoHighLevel and sales pipelines — this is for you.

We work with high-ticket clients ($10K–$30K+ programs), and every lead matters.

???? YOUR MISSION
You will be responsible for ensuring:
Every lead is contacted
Every call is confirmed
Every prospect is followed up with
Every deal moves forward in the pipeline
???? Nothing gets missed. Nothing sits idle.

???? RESPONSIBILITIES
GoHighLevel CRM Management
Update and manage pipelines daily
Tag and organize leads properly
Move deals through stages in real-time
Identify and report stuck deals
Lead Warming (Pre-Call)
Send SMS/email reminders before calls
Confirm appointments
Build excitement before the call

Follow-Up Execution
Same-day follow-ups after calls
48-hour and 7-day follow-ups
Re-engage cold or no-show leads

Pipeline Oversight
Ensure no lead goes untouched for more than 24 hours
Track deal progress and flag risks
Keep CRM 100% clean and accurate

Call Support
Summarize calls and update CRM notes
Send follow-up emails after meetings
? DAILY REPORTING (REQUIRED)
You will send a daily report including:
New leads
Calls booked
Show rate
Deals in pipeline
Deals stuck (with reason)
Follow-ups sent

? REQUIREMENTS
Strong experience with GoHighLevel (REQUIRED)
Experience working with sales pipelines or high-ticket offers
Excellent written English (SMS + email)
Highly proactive — you do not wait for instructions
Strong attention to detail
Fast response time

? BONUS (NOT REQUIRED BUT HUGE PLUS)
Experience with agencies, coaching, or telehealth
Understanding of sales process / closing
Basic copywriting skills
