Are you a GoHighLevel power user who loves building systems from scratch?
We're a growing life insurance and annuity brokerage based in Iowa, USA. We're licensed in all 50 states and scaling fast. We need someone who *lives and breathes* GoHighLevel to come in and build out our entire CRM, marketing, and sales infrastructure.
This isn't a "set it and forget it" gig. You'll be working directly with the founders to architect workflows, funnels, pipelines, and integrations that drive real revenue. If you're the type who geeks out over automation logic and clean funnel builds, keep reading.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Setting up and configuring our GoHighLevel account from the ground up
- Building sales pipelines with proper stages, automations, and lead routing
- Creating workflows for lead nurture, appointment booking, follow-up sequences, and re-engagement campaigns
- Building landing pages and funnels (we'll provide copy direction — you build and optimize)
- Integrating GHL with Meta Ads
- Setting up tracking, attribution, and conversion reporting so we know what's working
- Configuring calendars, booking widgets, and round-robin scheduling for our sales team
- Implementing SMS and
- Setting up Twilio, Mailgun, or other third-party integrations as needed
- Troubleshooting and optimizing — things break, pixels don't fire, workflows misroute. You fix it.
- Documenting everything you build (SOPs, Loom videos) so the team can manage it long-term
You MUST Have:
- 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience (not just "familiar with it" — you've actually built out accounts)
- Proven experience building multi-step workflows and automations in GHL
- Experience integrating
- Funnel and landing page building experience inside GHL
- Understanding of pipeline management and CRM best practices
- Strong English communication skills (written — we communicate primarily via chat and Loom)
- Reliable internet and a professional home office setup
- Willingness to overlap with US Central Time (CST) for at least 3–4 hours daily
Bonus Points (Not Required But We'll Love You For It):
- Experience in the insurance, financial services, or annuity space
- Familiarity with compliance considerations for insurance/financial advertising
- Experience with Zapier,
- Knowledge of
- Experience with A/B testing funnels and conversion rate optimization
- Snapshot or template experience (if you've built GHL snapshots for agencies, tell us)
