JOB OVERVIEW

About the role:
We run two sides of one business. We're an established brick-and-mortar local service business, and we're building out an online coaching and education arm alongside it. We need a GoHighLevel expert who can handle both.

On the local side, that means the systems that keep a service business full: lead capture, booking and calendars, missed-call text-back, review and reputation automations, and clean pipelines so no inquiry gets dropped. On the online side, it means lead magnets, opt-ins, email and SMS nurture sequences, and a paid membership program.

This is hands-on build work, not consulting. We're not looking for someone to advise us on strategy. We have that covered. We need an all-rounder who can go into GHL and construct what's been mapped out, then keep it running and improving across both sides of the business.

What you'll be doing:

- Building and optimizing funnels from opt-in through to paid conversion
- Setting up automations and workflows: tagging, segmentation, nurture sequences, trigger logic
- Building and managing a membership / course site inside GHL
- Local-business systems: booking calendars, appointment reminders, missed-call text-back, and automated review requests
- Building and managing lead pipelines so every inquiry gets followed up and nothing falls through the cracks
- Making sure the whole system connects cleanly, so the right person gets the right message at the right stage

Who we're looking for:

You've personally built funnels, automations, membership sites, and local-business systems in GoHighLevel, and you can prove it. Not "I'm familiar with GHL." Built it, launched it, watched it run.

You're an all-rounder. You're as comfortable wiring up a review-request automation for a local service business as you are building a free-to-paid membership funnel. If you only do one of those, you're probably not the right fit.

You understand how membership sites actually work: access control, product tiers, moving someone from a free opt-in into a paid program automatically without breaking their email journey.

You're precise. In automation work, one mistagged contact or one broken trigger quietly costs money for weeks before anyone notices. That level of care is the job.

Logistics:

- This is an hourly position, not project-based. You bill for the hours you work.
- We use Time Doctor across the team to verify hours.
- There is ongoing, long-term work here for the right person. This is not a one-and-done build.

How to apply:

Start your proposal with the phrase: "GHL build ready." It tells us you read this.

Then:

1. Walk me through one build you've personally done in GHL that involved a funnel, an automation, and either a membership site or a local-business system. What was the goal, what did you build, and what happened after. Links, screen recordings, or a Loom walkthrough if you have them.
2. Someone opts in for a free lead magnet, then later buys a paid membership. Describe how you'd handle the tagging and automation so they stop getting the free-lead nurture and start getting the paid onboarding, without any crossover. Be specific.
3. Tell me one thing you'd want to know about our business before you started building.

A note on timing:

There's no rush. We won't be hiring for at least 7 to 10 days. We're reading every application carefully. If you're the right person, don't shotgun a generic proposal. Take your time and make it good.
