We are hiring a Full-Time GoHighLevel Expert with proven experience building, managing, and automating marketing systems inside GoHighLevel (GHL). This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow into a leadership role. You’ll be a key player in helping us scale automation, CRM systems, pipelines, and campaign workflows for multiple brands across the martial arts and broader business sectors.
In addition to technical GHL mastery, we’re looking for someone who understands funnel strategy, automation logic, and can confidently bridge marketing and operations inside a single platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. GoHighLevel Management & Automation
• Build, optimize, and maintain GoHighLevel accounts and sub-accounts
• Create automations, workflows, and pipelines for lead management and sales tracking
• Set up triggers, tags, and conditional logic for streamlined CRM and marketing processes
• Design and launch
• Manage integrations with tools such as Zapier, Slack, Google Sheets, and Meta Lead Forms
• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics inside GHL
2. Funnel & Campaign Development
• Build conversion-focused funnels using GHL’s funnel builder
• Connect forms, calendars, and automations to ensure smooth user flow
• Implement tracking, conversion pixels, and custom UTM parameters
• Collaborate with our marketing team to align offers, landing pages, and ad campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize page design, copy, and user experience
3. Bonus Skills (Optional but Valuable)
• Knowledge of paid ads (Meta, Google, or YouTube) and how to integrate tracking into GHL
• Basic graphic design skills for funnel visuals (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma)
• Copywriting or
• Familiarity with n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat) for advanced automation
Must-Have Experience With:
• GoHighLevel (CRM, Automations, Pipelines, Funnels, Forms, Calendars, and Reporting)
• Automation Tools: Zapier, Make, or n8n

• Project Management: ClickUp, Slack, Gmail

• Proven experience managing GoHighLevel accounts for agencies or businesses
• Deep understanding of CRM organization, automations, and lead workflows
• Strong grasp of marketing strategy and client lifecycle (from lead to retention)
• Analytical thinker who understands how data flows between tools
• Responsive communicator who meets deadlines and solves problems proactively
• Comfortable taking initiative and evolving with platform updates
