$12 USD/Hour | Full-Time | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time

We are not interested in hiring an agency, outsourcing company, or project-based team.

This is a full-time position for one individual who will work directly with our team. You may not subcontract, outsource, or assign the work to anyone else.

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to help us build and manage websites, landing pages, funnels, quizzes, forms, and automations across multiple brands.

We are also preparing to launch a newsletter for one of our brands. We would love to find someone capable of taking the lead on the technical setup, design, systems, and ongoing management of that newsletter.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who can receive a project, understand what we are trying to accomplish, think through the best way to build it, and complete it without requiring constant step-by-step instructions.

Your Main Responsibilities
Build landing pages, funnels, and complete websites for multiple brands
Follow each brand’s individual style, colors, messaging, and guidelines
Build and troubleshoot GHL workflows and automations
Create quizzes, surveys, forms, and appointment calendars
Connect pages and forms to the correct workflows, pipelines, tags, calendars, and notifications
Organize and optimize our GHL CRM
Improve existing websites, funnels, and landing pages
Ensure all pages are mobile-responsive
Test every page, form, workflow, and automation before marking a project complete
Troubleshoot broken triggers, workflows, forms, and integrations
Use AI tools to research, write, problem-solve, and complete projects efficiently
Newsletter Development

One of our upcoming projects is building a newsletter for one of our brands. The ideal candidate will be able to help run point on this project.

Responsibilities may include:

Helping us evaluate and select the right newsletter platform
Working with platforms such as Mailchimp, beehiiv, Kit, Substack, MailerLite, or GoHighLevel
Building the newsletter’s landing page and subscriber signup process
Designing reusable, on-brand newsletter templates
Organizing subscriber lists and audience segments
Connecting signup forms, contact lists, and automations
Creating an organized and repeatable publishing process
Contributing ideas for newsletter topics, structure, and audience growth
Managing the technical side of sending and maintaining the newsletter
Monitoring subscriber growth, open rates, click rates, and other performance metrics
Testing and improving the newsletter over time

You do not need to be a professional copywriter, but you should understand how newsletters work and be capable of helping turn our idea into a functional, repeatable system.

Required Experience

You must have hands-on experience with:

GoHighLevel
GHL workflows and automations
Landing pages and sales funnels
Website design inside GHL
Surveys, quizzes, and forms
CRM pipelines, tags, triggers, and calendars
Mobile-responsive design
Testing and troubleshooting your own work
Managing projects for multiple brands or businesses

You must be able to show us websites, landing pages, funnels, forms, or automations that you personally built.

Preferred Additional Experience

Experience with the following is strongly preferred:

ChatGPT
Claude
Newsletter setup or management

Email marketing
Newsletter and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, beehiiv, Kit, Substack, MailerLite, or GoHighLevel
Subscriber lists, signup forms, email templates, campaigns, automations, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
Graphic design
Canva
Basic HTML and CSS
SEO and website optimization

The following are not required but would be a major plus:

n8n
AI agents
AI-powered workflows
API integrations
Advanced CRM automation

We are not currently building AI agents or n8n workflows, but we expect to explore more AI and automation projects in the future. Someone who can grow into these projects with us would be extremely valuable.

Can complete urgent projects on the same day when reasonably possible
Understands how to follow different brand styles without making every website look the same
Thinks about the purpose behind what they are building
Can explain why they made specific design or automation decisions
Can take ownership of a project and help lead it from idea to completion
Communicates clearly and provides progress updates
Pays close attention to detail
Tests their work before saying it is finished
Can research and solve problems independently
Uses ChatGPT and Claude effectively—not simply to produce generic content
Is dependable and consistently available during working hours
Wants a stable, long-term position
Compensation and Schedule
Pay: $12 USD per hour
Position: Full-time
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Working hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time
Type: Long-term remote position

You must personally perform the work during these hours. This is not a freelance, part-time, flexible-hours, or agency contract.
