JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a high-performance digital systems team focused on creating smart websites, automations, and AI-driven workflows for our businesses and our clients across the U.S. and Canada.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants stability, growth, and consistent work — not freelance gigs.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Build and manage GoHighLevel automations (SMS, email, workflows, pipelines)
- Create funnels and websites (start to finish)
- Implement AI agents and AI Studio flows
- Set up lead capture systems, booking flows, and CRM pipelines
- Integrate forms, calendars, payments, and follow-ups

This role is about execution, speed, and problem-solving

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (REAL projects, not theory)
- Ability to build complete systems (not just small tasks)
- Experience with automations, funnels, and CRM setups
- Ability to work independently and get things done quickly
- Good English communication
- Strong attention to detail (small mistakes in systems can cause major issues)

Bonus (not required but valuable):
- AI agents / AI Studio experience
- API / webhook integrations
- Experience working with agencies

Important:
This is NOT a beginner role.
You should already be comfortable navigating GoHighLevel without step-by-step guidance.
We are looking for someone who can figure things out quickly and execute efficiently.

Compensation:
- Part-time: $400 – $900/month
- Full-time: $800 – $1,500/month
- Based on experience and performance
- Performance bonuses
- Paid time off (for long-term tea ---------- mbers)

Work Setup:
- Part-time to start, with opportunity to move into full-time quickly
- Flexible working hours
- Daily overlap required: between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET), approximately 1 hour per day (exact time will be coordinated with the team)
- Remaining work can be completed on your own schedule

Growth:
We are building a team — not hiring freelancers.
Top performers will grow into senior and leadership roles.

Hiring Process:
- Short interview
- Paid test task ($15-$25 USD, fixed price) to evaluate real skills
The test task will be a small, real-world scenario relevant to the role and should take approximately 1–2 hours to complete.
