Full Account Buildout | AI Agent Creation | Multi-Channel Campaign Management | Copywriting
We are seeking a highly qualified GoHighLevel Expert and AI Specialist to join our client business on a full-time basis. This position involves the comprehensive buildout of our GoHighLevel infrastructure and the ongoing development of AI-driven automation systems, multi-channel drip campaigns, and client-facing copy tailored to the industry.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver structured, high-quality outputs without requiring continuous supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a complete GoHighLevel account buildout including CRM architecture, pipeline design, custom field configuration, and tagging strategy
- Build and optimize funnels and landing pages aligned with lead generation objectives
- Create, configure, and manage AI agents and automation workflows within the GoHighLevel platform
- Develop and launch multi-channel drip campaigns via
- Produce copy for all outgoing campaigns, follow-up sequences, and client communications
- Design and implement a business-specific CRM experience that supports the full client acquisition and retention journey
- Monitor, refine, and optimize automation workflows on an ongoing basis
Requirements:
- Verifiable experience building GoHighLevel accounts from the ground up
- Technical proficiency in AI agent creation and advanced automation workflow development within GHL
- Demonstrated copywriting capability across
- Proven experience in multi-channel drip campaign setup and management
- Strong understanding of funnel architecture and landing page optimization principles
- Self-directed and proactive work approach — capable of executing complex tasks with minimal oversight
- Sound understanding of tonality and audience-appropriate communication across outbound channels
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building for service-based or lead-driven businesses
- Advanced CRM knowledge including segmentation, tagging logic, and pipeline stage architecture
- Familiarity with voice drop best practices and outbound compliance considerations
