JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring an experienced GoHighLevel Expert to help build, manage, and optimize systems across a fast-moving group of companies in home services, construction, marketing, sales, and operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the platform deeply and enjoys building clean systems, solving problems, improving workflows, and helping businesses operate at a higher level. PAY

Starting at $5/hour plus significant performance-based pay, commissions, tips, bonuses, and milestone payments.

You will also receive a $0.25 raise every quarter, equal to $1.00 per year indefinitely, based on continued employment and solid performance.

SCHEDULE

Starting schedule:
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST
1-hour break from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Some Saturday work may be required, especially in the beginning.

Long-term schedule:
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST
1-hour break from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

This role starts part-time, but we are looking for someone interested in growing with us long-term.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Building, organizing, and optimizing GoHighLevel accounts and sub-accounts
- Setting up workflows, automations, triggers, pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, and campaigns
- Managing CRM structure, tagging, opportunity stages, and communication systems
- Supporting email marketing, SMS automation, missed call text back, lead nurturing, and follow-up systems
- Helping with snapshots, white-label setup, onboarding, integrations, and process improvement
- Troubleshooting issues and improving performance across multiple businesses and client accounts
- Using AI and automation tools to improve speed, efficiency, and results

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong, real-world GoHighLevel experience
- Deep understanding of workflows, automations, pipelines, campaigns, calendars, forms, triggers, and CRM management
- Experience with LeadConnector, integrations, onboarding, account setup, and system organization
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for clean execution
- Comfortable solving problems, thinking independently, and improving systems
- Strong communication and ability to explain technical things clearly
- Availability to work EST time (Charlotte/Miami)
