JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated GoHighLevel Expert to become the operational backbone of our marketing agency. You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our clients' GHL accounts, ensuring everything runs smoothly from lead capture to client retention. If you live and breathe GoHighLevel and want to take ownership of agency fulfillment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for a wide range of technical and operational tasks within GoHighLevel and related platforms. This includes building workflows and automations for SMS and email, creating high-converting funnels and websites, and setting up core infrastructure like forms, calendars, and automation triggers. You will manage basic CRM setups and sales pipelines, handle integrations for LC Phone, Twilio, and WhatsApp, and connect domains through providers like GoDaddy. Additionally, you will independently follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), embed GHL forms into clients' external websites, and create draft Google Ad campaigns to support client acquisition.

You will also have to liase with clients from the UK and USA so excellent english is a must.

Agency Experience
Proven experience working within a marketing agency environment.
Client Communication
Ability to talk to clients via SMS and email professionally (handling client calls is a major bonus).
Availability
Must be able to work during UK business hours.
Work Environment
Reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
