JOB OVERVIEW

We are a marketing agency.
We need a GoHighLevel expert to build and manage the full backend system for our clinic clients. This is a long-term full-time position with room to grow as we scale.

*What you will be building and managing:

CRM setup with custom pipelines and contact fields for each client
SMS and email drip sequences (speed-to-lead, nurture, appointment reminders, no-show recovery, re-engagement)
Automated workflows (lead comes in from Facebook ad ? instant SMS fires ? email fires ? lead enters pipeline ? notifications sent)
Calendar and booking system setup with Google Calendar sync
Missed call text-back configuration
Reputation management workflows (automated Google review requests after appointments)
Reporting dashboards for clients
Deploying GHL snapshots to new client sub-accounts and customizing for each clinic
Troubleshooting broken workflows and maintaining system health

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year using GoHighLevel daily (not just watching tutorials — actually building workflows and automations for clients)
Experience building SMS and email sequences
Comfortable with Zapier or Make for occasional external integrations
Reliable internet and available during US business hours (EST preferred, some overlap required)
Strong written English for writing SMS and email templates

EXTRA:
Experience with Meta Ads and CAPI Integrations - Tracking Meta Ad Performance with GHL

This is a full-time role. You will start by building our master client template (snapshot) and then deploy and manage it for each new clinic we onboard. As we grow you will be our go-to person for everything inside GoHighLevel.
