JOB OVERVIEW

Automated Growth AI LLC is looking for a highly capable GoHighLevel onboarding specialist to become an early part of our launch team.

This is not a general virtual-assistant job. We need someone who can confidently take a new contractor or home-service client from signed-up to fully launched inside GoHighLevel—with clean setup, strong communication, and very little hand-holding.

What You Will Own
Build polished GoHighLevel websites and funnels for contractors and home-service businesses
Set up client sub-accounts, domains, calendars, forms, pipelines, and opportunities
Build and test automations/workflows for lead capture, SMS, email follow-up, appointment reminders, missed-call text-back, review requests, and onboarding
Organize client intake, collect assets, and make sure every item needed for launch is received
Configure and test AI chat, conversation workflows, and basic AI receptionist-related setup
Maintain a clear onboarding checklist so each client launches cleanly and consistently
Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients in written English
Required Experience

You must already be comfortable working hands-on inside GoHighLevel, including:

Sites and Funnels
Forms and Surveys
Calendars
Contacts and Conversations
Pipelines and Opportunities
Workflows and Automations
Reputation / Review tools
Sub-account setup and basic settings
Domain connection and launch troubleshooting
What We Are Looking For
Extremely organized and able to follow a repeatable onboarding process
Fast website builder with a strong eye for premium design
Strong written English and clear spoken English for occasional client communication
Proactive: identifies missing information, follows up, and keeps projects moving
Honest about experience and able to show real prior GHL work
Comfortable beginning part-time, approximately 10–15 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow as client revenue grows
