GoHighLevel CRM Specialist – Setup + Automation (Part-Time Project)
Job Description:
We are a U.S.-based barter exchange and trade network seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Specialist to help us set up and optimize our internal systems.
This is a short-term setup role with potential for ongoing support. You’ll work directly with the owner and our virtual team to integrate GoHighLevel for client tracking, outreach, and automation — while helping us coordinate it with our existing ITEX CRM database.
Responsibilities:
Set up GHL sub-accounts, pipelines, tagging system, and smart lists
Create workflows for SMS/email automations, lead capture, and onboarding
Design forms to collect member wish lists, trade offers, and feedback
Import/export contact data and align it with our current ITEX CRM system
Build internal task systems for our Trade Directors to use daily
Provide training docs or recorded Looms for VA/TD tea
Requirements:
Experience setting up GoHighLevel accounts, workflows, and forms
Strong understanding of contact tagging, segmentation, and pipelines
Ability to create systems for non-tech-savvy users
Bonus: Familiarity with small business CRM use cases or marketplace-style services
Bonus: Zapier or automation integration experience
Schedule & Pay:
Flexible hours – estimate 20–30 hours total for Phase 1 setup
$5–$10/hour depending on experience
Paid via Wise or Payoneer
Potential for additional system support or admin work ongoing
