JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel / CRM + Meta Ads operator to help build lead capture, follow-up, and booked-call systems across several UK businesses.

This is not a general VA role and not just social media posting. We need someone who understands funnels, CRM pipelines, automations, lead tracking, Meta lead forms, follow-up sequences, and reporting.

The first project will focus on Moonstar Media, a media/content service for UK property businesses. If the first project goes well, we may expand the role to support Rosetta Stays and Rosetta Properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will help build and manage:
• GoHighLevel pipelines
• Lead capture forms / landing pages
• Calendar booking workflows
• Automated email/SMS follow-up sequences
• Meta lead form integration
• Basic Meta Ads setup/support
• Lead source tracking
• Weekly reporting dashboards
• Pipeline clean-up and follow-up tracking
• Simple SOPs so the team can use the system properly

FIRST PROJECT
The first project is to build a Moonstar Media lead funnel.
This should include:
• Lead capture form
• Pipeline stages
• Booking calendar flow
• Auto-reply after enquiry
• 3–5 step follow-up sequence
• Meta lead form connection
• Basic reporting dashboard showing leads, booked calls, show-up rate and conversion

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Please apply only if you have real experience with:
• GoHighLevel or similar CRM/funnel systems
• Meta Ads Manager / Meta Lead Forms
• Lead tracking and pipeline management
• Email/SMS automation
• Calendar booking workflows
• Basic reporting and dashboard setup
• Working with remote teams
• Following SOPs and documenting work clearly

IMPORTANT
We are looking for someone who can build systems, not just complete admin tasks.
You must be able to show examples of previous work, such as:
• GoHighLevel pipeline screenshots
• funnel examples
• automation workflows
• Meta campaign screenshots
• reporting dashboards
• examples of lead ? booked call tracking
**Please do not apply if you only have basic Canva/social media posting experience.**

HOURS / PAY
This will start as a fixed-scope pilot project or capped-hours trial.
Initial hours: 5–10 hours/week, depending on experience and project needs.
Pay: please include your hourly rate and project-rate expectation in your application.
Strong performance may lead to ongoing weekly support.
