JOB OVERVIEW

I am a real estate investor looking to build a clean, scalable GoHighLevel system focused on automation, AI-driven lead nurturing, and efficient follow-up.

This is NOT a basic setup job - I am looking for someone who can think in systems, build smart workflows, and optimize for conversion.

Scope of work:
- Build and structure lead pipelines (New ? Contacted ? Warm ? Hot ? Offer ? Dead)
- Develop advanced workflows using triggers, conditions, and tagging logic
- Create SMS and email sequences that adapt based on lead behavior (AI-style nurturing, not basic drip campaigns)
- Set up missed call text back, no-answer follow-ups, and multi-touch sequences
- Implement smart lead routing, tagging, and stage movement automatically
- Integrate AI elements where appropriate (Conversation AI, GPT, or conditional logic-based responses)
- Optional: webhook/Zapier integration with dialer (ReadyMode)

What I’m looking for:
- Strong experience with GoHighLevel automations and workflows
- Ability to build logic-based systems (if/then conditions, triggers, segmentation)
- Experience with AI-driven or dynamic lead nurturing (not just static campaigns)
- Understanding of lead generation and follow-up in real estate or similar industries

Goal:
Build a system that automates follow-up, increases response rates, and allows my team to operate efficiently without manual work.

- Keep the system clean, simple, and scalable (no over-engineering)
- Focus on performance and conversion, not complexity
