JOB OVERVIEW

GOHIGHLEVEL BUILDER - YOU BUILD, WE ARCHITECT.

We run marketing systems on GoHighLevel. Our GM handles clients, onboarding, and communication. We write the specs. What we need is the person who builds them - accurately, cleanly, and without needing to be chased.

This is not an architect role and it is not a client-facing role. You will be handed a clear spec and you will build it.

Every build gets reviewed by our GM before it ships. You will get direct feedback and you will get better at this. If you want to build inside GoHighLevel all day with someone experienced checking your work, this is a good seat.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
==============================

SNAPSHOTS & WORKFLOWS
- Sub-account snapshots from our template - pipelines, custom values, calendars, the full shell
- Automation workflows to spec: multi-step, with wait steps, conditions, and goal events
- Trigger links, opportunity stage automation, appointment reminders

FUNNELS, SITES & FORMS
- Funnels, landing pages, order forms, surveys, calendars
- Built from our wireframes and our copy - clean, mobile-checked, reusable

DAY-TO-DAY BUILD WORK
- Cloning and customizing snapshots across sub-accounts
- Wiring up the integrations we hand you: Facebook lead ads, website forms, call tracking
- Migrating and cleaning contacts - dedupe, tag by source
- Running the full end-to-end test before you hand anything in: submit a test lead, confirm the text-back fires to a real phone, confirm the email lands in the inbox and not spam, confirm the calendar books. Screenshot each step.
- A short Loom on what you built and anything you were unsure about

NICE TO HAVE (not required)
- Zapier or Make experience using existing recipes
- GoHighLevel's built-in Conversation AI, set up following our prompts

We are NOT asking for custom code, API development, or AI agent design. We handle that side.

- Real hands-on time inside GoHighLevel - sub-accounts, workflows, calendars, pipelines. Not "I've watched the tutorials."
- The ability to open a broken workflow and explain why it isn't firing
- Genuine attention to detail - you follow the SOP exactly, and you tell us when the SOP is wrong
- Reliable internet with a backup connection, a quiet workspace, and comfort with time tracking (Timeproof)
- At least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Central time

HOW WE WORK
==============================

Project-based to start. We hand you a spec, you build it, our GM reviews it, you ship. Clear scopes. No scope creep. Paid on time, every single time.

There is a ladder, and it is short:

BUILD 1 - Paid test project. Small, real, and we pay for it.
BUILDS 2-5 - Rate increase on proven delivery.
ONGOING - Steady build volume and first pick of the work.
THE SEAT - Full-time monthly retainer.

We are hiring ONE person. The person who proves out gets the seat.

Rate reviewed after every 3 completed builds.
Full-time seat: $700-$1,200/month.

The rate moves with your accuracy. The less our GM has to correct, the faster you climb. People who get to the point where we stop checking their work stay with us for years.
