JOB OVERVIEW

GoHighLevel Builder, Part-Time or Full-Time, $10/hour, Path to Senior Builder

RATE: $10/hour USD, paid weekly via Wise

HOURS: Part-time (20 to 25 hours a week) or full-time (40 hours a week). Tell me which you want.

REQUIRED ONLINE: 3pm to 7pm Manila time every weekday (9am to 1pm Spain time)

START: Paid trial first, then ongoing

ABOUT THE ROLE

I run The Product Ladder, a small consultancy that builds websites, funnels and CRM systems for coaches, consultants and retreat operators. I do the sales, design, copy and front-end code. I need a GoHighLevel builder for everything behind it.

This role is designed to grow. The right person becomes our senior full-time builder, owning builds from brief to launch, with a rate review at 90 days.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

Forms with conditional logic, custom fields and consent checkboxes.

Workflows with triggers, if/else branches, wait steps and clear stop conditions.

Pipelines with automated stage movement.

Stripe products, deposits, payment plans and balance reminders.

Email and SMS follow-up that stops when the contact books or pays.

Integrations through webhooks, Zapier or Make.

Applying the CSS classes I provide to native GoHighLevel sections.

Domain setup, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and A2P where needed.

COMMUNICATION IS PART OF THE JOB

This matters more to me than any skill listed above.

During the 3pm to 7pm Manila window, you reply to messages within 30 minutes.

If something is blocked or unclear, you tell me the same day. You do not wait.

Before each task, you post an estimate in Slack. If a task reaches one and a half times your estimate, you stop and message me.

Every day you work, you send an end-of-day report: what you finished, hours per task, what is blocked, what is next.

When a task is done, you send a 2-minute Loom showing what you built and how you tested it.

If you cannot work a day, you tell me before it starts.

HOW I WORK

Time is tracked in Clockify against each task. No screenshots required.

AI tools are fine. You are responsible for everything they produce.

Nothing goes on a page that is not in the brief. No added text, logos, testimonials or sections.

You never show one client's account or work to anyone else.

You work alone, not through an agency or team.

YOU ARE A FIT IF

GoHighLevel has been your main platform for 3 years or more.

You can show at least 3 client builds you made yourself, and explain the back end of each, step by step.

You can be online 3pm to 7pm Manila every weekday.

You are confident in written and spoken English.

THE PROCESS

Step 1: Apply using the instructions below.

Step 2: A 15-minute call, camera on, with a live task in your own GoHighLevel account. You will also walk me through one of your automations from the trigger to the end.

Step 3: A paid trial of 20 hours at $10/hour ($200), paid via Wise at the end of the trial whether or not we continue.

Step 4: If it works, we continue part-time or full-time, with a rate review at 90 days.

Before the trial starts, you confirm your fixed daily hours and the terms in writing. The rate is not negotiated after the offer.

HOW TO APPLY

Every link is checked. If any build is not yours, not on GoHighLevel, or does less than you describe, the application is rejected. Videos recorded for other employers are not reviewed.
