JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a high-skill GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist for long-term work. This is not a one-time workflow project. You will build and maintain our full GHL automation system across multiple locations/sub-accounts (Canada + USA). Core responsibilities include: building billing and payment automations (pipeline stage triggers, automated invoice sending, WhatsApp/SMS/email follow-ups, stop conditions once paid, and manual verification logic for e-transfer and Zelle), building client follow-up automations (no-response sequences, polite reminders, escalation rules, tasks/manual call prompts), building internal operations automations (worker completion tracking, internal notifications, handoffs, and status updates tied to the correct client/opportunity), and building hiring + onboarding automations (application flows, screening logic, automated follow-ups, interview scheduling support, onboarding sequences). You must be extremely skilled in GHL workflows (triggers, if/else routing, waits, custom fields, tags, pipeline logic, and preventing duplicate sends). You must be fast and output-driven, able to ship clean systems quickly, document what you build, and maintain/improve the system monthly. Strong communication and the ability to troubleshoot workflow issues is required. To apply, include a short Loom showing one automation you built inside GHL and briefly explain the logic.
