SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The GoHighLevel Automation Specialist will be responsible for building and managing the company’s CRM and automation infrastructure within GoHighLevel (GHL). This role will oversee system setup, workflow creation, and process automation to support agent recruitment, member engagement, and business operations across multiple sub-accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Lead the setup and automation of workflows for new agent recruitment, existing agent renewals, and new member onboarding.
• Configure and manage Stripe integration for recurring billing and plan-based access (Basic, Pro, Elite).
• Automate sub-account creation within GHL when payments are received.
• Assign LC Phone and LC
• Build and test automations for new member communications (welcome, 10/30/60/90-day, annual review, birthday).
• Develop and maintain dashboard reporting for sub-accounts, payments, and user activity.
• Ensure all workflows, triggers, and automations are functioning correctly across multiple pipelines.
• Collaborate with the business owner to improve CRM usability, reporting, and performance.
• Create a Loom video walkthrough detailing setup, logic, and automation flow.
• Stay updated on new GoHighLevel features and recommend optimizations for continuous improvement.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (SaaS Mode preferred).
• Proven success setting up automation workflows, sub-accounts, and Stripe payment integrations.
• Strong understanding of LC Phone, Twilio, and Mailgun setup and configuration.
• Experience managing CRM systems or agency automation environments.
• Proficiency with form triggers, conditional logic, and pipeline automation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Prior experience supporting insurance, Medicare, or sales agency operations.
• Familiarity with GHL white labeling, domain setup, and SaaS reseller configuration.
• Understanding of CRM workflows for sales tracking, commissions, and reporting.
• Experience creating dashboards and visual performance summaries in GHL.

COMPENSATION
$600 – $800 USD (Project-Based)
