JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel specialist to build, manage, and take ownership of our systems across GoHighLevel and WordPress.

This is not a basic VA role. This role is NOT suitable for beginners or those with limited GoHighLevel / Wordpress experience.
We want someone who can take ownership of funnels, automations, and CRM systems — and continuously improve how everything works.

**Core Responsibilities (PRIMARY)**
- Build and optimise funnels inside GoHighLevel
- Create workflows, automations, and tagging systems
- Set up pipelines and lead routing
- Create products, order forms, and checkout flows
- Build and edit pages in WordPress (Elementor / FunnelKit)
- Fix issues across systems (tracking, forms, integrations)
- Create purchase flows (including QR's) for live events

**Bonus Skills (HIGH VALUE)**
- Experience working with APIs and webhooks
- Ability to connect systems (e.g. ticketing ? CRM)
- Ability to create small plugins or custom integrations

- Video editing (for content repurposing, reels, clips)

**Requirements**
- Strong experience with GoHighLevel
- Experience building workflows, funnels, and automations
- Experience with WordPress
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Clear communication and structured thinking
