At Network Financial, we're building an AI-powered lead conversion platform that helps our team respond faster, automate follow-up, qualify leads, and book appointments 24/7. Your role will be to build, optimize, and maintain the systems that keep our business running efficiently.

What You'll Own

As our Automation & CRM Systems Specialist, you'll take ownership of improving and maintaining our automation ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, triggers, calendars, forms, and custom values
Creating automated lead follow-up sequences using SMS and email
Improving our speed-to-lead process so every new lead receives an immediate response
Connecting GoHighLevel with VAPI, n8n, and third-party applications through APIs and webhooks
Auditing, troubleshooting, and improving existing automations
Monitoring pipeline performance and building KPI dashboards
Ensuring SMS campaigns remain compliant with A2P 10DLC and carrier requirements
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI
What We're Looking For

You should have hands-on experience building inside GoHighLevel—not simply using it.

We're looking for someone who has experience with:

GoHighLevel workflows and automations
Pipelines and opportunity management
Calendars and booking systems
Custom values and trigger links
Snapshots
Webhooks and API integrations
Automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
SMS compliance and A2P 10DLC best practices
Bonus Experience

While not required, these skills are a plus:

VAPI or AI voice platform experience
Mortgage, real estate, or lead generation experience
Dashboard and KPI reporting
CRM optimization and workflow documentation
During the Interview
