About Us

We're a growing tech and automation company helping business owners streamline, automate, and scale using GoHighLevel, AI, chatbots, and workflow automation. We're looking for an experienced GHL specialist who can build, fix, test, and explain systems from start to finish — not someone who needs step-by-step instructions.

What You'll Do

Build and optimize GoHighLevel automations, funnels, pipelines, and CRM workflows
Improve client onboarding, email/SMS follow-up, and lead-nurturing campaigns
Build and manage AI chatbots, voice agents, missed-call text-back, and lead qualification systems
Connect GHL with Meta, ManyChat, Stripe, Twilio, Zapier/Make, and other integrations
Troubleshoot broken automations and test everything before launch
Document systems (SOPs, Loom videos, checklists) so they're easy to hand off
Join client calls to gather requirements, present solutions, and train clients on their new systems

You're a Strong Fit If You

Have solid, hands-on GHL experience (workflows, funnels, calendars, pipelines, integrations)
Have built or managed AI chatbots, voice agents, or AI-powered workflows
Are comfortable with Zapier, Make, webhooks, and APIs
Test everything thoroughly before calling something "done"
Can get on Zoom calls with clients and explain technical things simply
Take ownership — you flag problems early and suggest improvements instead of waiting to be told

Not a Fit If

You're still learning GHL basics
You skip testing and launch things "as-is"
You need heavy supervision or go quiet when something breaks
