JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a detail-oriented, fluent English-speaking VA to handle inbound lead calls and follow-ups.

This is a simple but fast-paced role:
Call new leads as they come in
Ask if they are still interested in getting an estimate
If yes ? immediately transfer the call to the client

You are not selling, not closing, and not booking appointments.
Your job is to quickly qualify and connect the call while maintaining a professional, friendly tone.

This role requires speed, clarity, and excellent English communication.

We are starting with a 2–4 hour/day trial period, with the opportunity to grow into full-time as we scale.

Responsibilities:

Call new leads quickly after they come in
Follow up with older leads in the pipeline
Ask simple qualifying questions (interest in estimate)
Transfer qualified calls to the client immediately
Update lead status inside GoHighLevel

Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Don’t Meet These):

Fluent, near-native English (minimal accent required)
Experience using GoHighLevel (calling + pipelines)
Comfortable speaking on the phone daily
Clear, confident, and friendly communication style
Fast response time (must call leads quickly)
Reliable internet + quiet workspace

Preferred:

Experience working with home service or construction leads
Previous experience in lead qualification or call handling roles

Compensation & Growth:
