JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel + AI Systems Specialist to help our digital agency build and manage automation systems, AI-powered websites, and lead management workflows for service-based businesses.
The ideal candidate is an expert at GoHighLevel (GHL) — someone who can confidently create, connect, and optimize workflows, websites, and automations that generate and manage leads automatically.

Responsibilities

Build and manage AI-powered smart websites with chat/voice scheduling and lead capture.

Set up and optimize GoHighLevel workflows for:

Lead intake and follow-up

Appointment scheduling and reminders

Review, referral, and reactivation campaigns

After-hours AI voice and chat response systems

Integrate third-party tools and CRMs (via Zapier or Make).

Clone and customize subaccounts for multiple clients.

Audit and organize client systems for efficiency and automation.

Requirements
? Expert in GoHighLevel (Workflows, Triggers, Pipelines, Calendars, Websites).
? Experience building AI chat and voice systems for appointment booking.
? Strong understanding of automation, CRM setup, and lead nurturing.
? Comfortable using tools like Zapier, Make, and ChatGPT for workflow enhancement.
? Excellent English communication and project organization skills.
? Able to work independently and take ownership of client systems.

Preferred Experience

Previous work building GHL automations for agencies or service businesses.

Familiarity with reputation management, review requests, and follow-up systems.

Understanding of basic SEO, funnels, and conversion optimization.

Compensation
???? $500–$900/month (based on experience)
