JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel to come aboard fulltime or parttime.

First task will be a paid trial. 1 week to complete a structured implementation project.

Once the trial task is successfully completed you will come aboard to run our marketing department and grow with our company.

Trial Project Scope:

• Correct and resubmit one A2P campaign (Essential Health)
• Align website branding with approved A2P brand
• Convert pop-up intake forms to URL-based intake pages
• Build 3 simple intake funnels under one sub-account
• Configure SMS + email + calendar workflows
• Ensure STOP compliance and Low Volume Mixed safeguards
• Test 10 leads per funnel and confirm full functionality

All tasks are clearly defined in a written SOP.

Trial is task-based pay, not hourly but we will be testing your speed, accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Experience:

• Proven A2P 10DLC approval history inside GHL
• Understanding of Low Volume Mixed vs Marketing campaigns
• Trust Center troubleshooting
• STOP logic testing
• AI Voice integration inside GHL
• Workflow building with tagging and pipeline logic

If you have not successfully fixed a rejected A2P campaign before, do not apply.

Screening Questions:

Describe 2 A2P rejections you personally fixed and exactly what was wrong.

After brand approval, where do you attach the phone number to the approved campaign?

What causes Low Brand Vetting score and how do you improve it?

What is one GHL messaging setup mistake that prevents SMS from sending even after approval?

Explain the difference between Low Volume Mixed and Marketing use case.

Trial project completion-then hourly
Must complete Trial fully before payment and before permanent hire.
