This is a hands-on GTM role.
You will build predictable customer acquisition.
You will turn partnerships and referrals into consistent monthly growth.
You will own outcomes, not activity.
You will work inside GoHighLevel daily.
If you are not strong in GHL automations, do not apply.
If you need a big team, a brand budget, or weeks to plan before launching tests, this role will frustrate you.

What success looks like
In 90 days you will deliver:
A referral engine that drives new customers every month
A partner activation system with Franchisors that runs without founder pushing
Improved self-serve conversion from signup to paid
A working dashboard that shows leads, conversion, and revenue by channel
A GoHighLevel setup that runs lifecycle flows end to end
nurture, onboarding, activation, referral, win-back
Your mission
Our bottleneck is lead flow and conversion, not operations.
Your job is to build the growth system that scales.
What you will own
1. Referral engine
Design and launch a structured referral program
Build referral prompts and triggers inside FitForms, CloudTasker and GHL
Run monthly referral campaigns to existing customers
Track referral conversion and iterate incentives
2. Partnership growth with Franchise HQ's.
Build a quarterly co-marketing plan with Franchise HQ's.
Create partner enablement assets

Run webinars and partner campaigns
Create a reporting loop so Franchise HQ's see results and promotes us more
3. Self-serve funnel growth
Improve signup to activation and paid conversion
Run weekly conversion experiments
onboarding prompts, landing pages, offers,
Reduce friction and time to value
Collaborate with product and support to remove drop-off points
4. GoHighLevel ownership (non negotiable)
You will build and manage our growth engine inside GoHighLevel.
You will:
Build automations and workflows
lead nurture, onboarding, activation, referral prompts, win-back
Create and maintain pipelines
stages, tags, segmentation, triggers
Set up forms, calendars, and
Manage SMS and
Connect integrations using Zapier, webhooks, or native connectors
Track attribution and performance inside GHL

Improve flows weekly based on data
messaging, timing, offers, conversion rates
5. Channel expansion
Test and validate one new channel outside referrals and Franchise HQ's.
Kill weak channels fast
Build one repeatable acquisition playbook we can scale
6. Sales and onboarding enablement assets
Tighten messaging and positioning
Produce simple sales and onboarding assets

Build customer proof
case studies, testimonials, outcomes
What you will not do

Experience and skills we need
You should have strong experience in most of these:
SaaS GTM execution and growth ownership
GoHighLevel automation building and lifecycle systems
Funnel optimisation and conversion rate improvements
Partner marketing and activation
Writing clear English copy that converts
landing pages,
Analytics and reporting
you can build dashboards and explain the numbers
Ability to work with founders and ship fast
High ownership and strong judgement
Bonus if you have:
Experience in fitness, studios, franchises, or SMB SaaS
Marketplace optimisation experience
MINDBODY or similar
Retention and lifecycle marketing experience
