JOB OVERVIEW

Most GTM roles have you running the same tired SaaS playbook on autopilot. This one's different, you'll be engineering outbound systems for M&A advisors and financial services clients. The campaigns are more complex, the messaging is more sophisticated, and the work is a lot more interesting than "Hey {{first_name}}, saw you're hiring..."

What You'll Do

- Automate Clay workflows for data sourcing across multiple client campaigns
- Build scalable outbound systems that eliminate manual work
- Write email copy and run A/B tests to optimize performance
- Track campaign results and iterate based on what's working
- Set up and manage domains, mailboxes, and warm-up sequences
- Monitor deliverability health and troubleshoot issues

This isn't "set it and forget it" work—you'll see the direct results of your experiments.

Who You Are

- Experience with Clay, outbound email infrastructure, or GTM operations
- You think in systems, not just tasks
- You're comfortable with experimentation and data-driven decisions
- You move fast and communicate clearly
- You want ownership, not hand-holding
