**Job Title:** Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Social Media + Video Editing + Go HighLevel Expert)

We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who can help us scale content production and automate our marketing systems.

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with strong experience in social media management, video editing, and Go HighLevel. This role is critical in helping streamline our marketing efforts, manage content across platforms, and build out funnels and automations that convert leads into clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Social Media Management**

* Schedule and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
* Write captions, hashtags, and optimize posts for engagement
* Monitor comments, messages, and basic engagement
* Repurpose long-form content into short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)

**Video Editing**

* Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with fast-paced, engaging style
* Add captions, transitions, B-roll, sound effects, and music
* Follow specific editing styles (real estate, storytelling, viral hooks)
* Assist with basic long-form YouTube edits (cutting, pacing, simple graphics)

**Go HighLevel (GHL) Management – REQUIRED**

* Build and manage funnels, landing pages, and websites
* Create and optimize automations, workflows, and triggers
* Set up email and SMS campaigns
* Manage CRM pipelines, tags, and contact organization
* Integrate forms, calendars, and lead capture systems
* Troubleshoot and improve existing systems

**Requirements (MUST HAVE):**

* Minimum **1+ year experience using Go HighLevel** (non-negotiable)
* Proven experience in social media management
* Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
* Understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation
* Strong English communication skills
* Reliable internet and ability to meet deadlines

**Preferred (Nice to Have):**

* Experience in real estate marketing
* Familiarity with YouTube growth strategies and short-form viral content
* Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
* Experience with CRM systems and automation strategy

**What Success Looks Like in This Role:**

* Consistent, high-quality social media content being posted weekly
* Engaging short-form videos that drive views and leads
* Fully functioning funnels and automations that capture and nurture leads
* Organized and optimized CRM inside Go HighLevel

**Compensation:**
Based on experience (hourly or monthly retainer options available)
