Go High Level Specialist (Live Tech & Funnel Support)
About Us
We are a growing business that uses Go High Level as our core CRM, funnel & automation platform. We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on assistant who doesn’t just advise but executes — joins our team live, logs in, resolves issues, fixes funnels, sets up workflows, helps clients while they are working through their challenges.
Role & Responsibilities
Log into client or internal GHL accounts and fix setups: funnels, landing pages, workflows, triggers, automations.
Provide live support: as clients or tea
Build or refine GHL funnels/landing pages/forms, integrate with other tools (Zapier, Stripe, Twilio, etc.).
Set up workflows:
Work with calendars, appointments, lead flows: set up scheduling, reminders, confirm campaigns.
Assist with client communications as needed: clarifying what’s broken, gathering requirements, reporting status.
Provide documentation & handoff: after fixes, write short notes on what you did, how to replicate.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience working with Go High Level (building funnels, automation flows, workflow triggers) — you must know GHL.
Strong technical aptitude: comfortable logging into accounts, finding issues, troubleshooting integrations, working with Zapier or other connector tools.
Hands-on mindset: you’ll execute fixes, not just plan them.
Excellent communication skills — able to interact with internal team and clients, explain what’s happening in clear terms.
Ability to be available for ‘live support’ (flexible hours or overlap with client working hours).
Good organizational skills: you’ll track what’s been fixed, what needs follow-up, and document your work.
Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Have
Experience designing high-converting funnels/landing pages.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (ads, retargeting,

Basic coding skills (HTML/CSS) or familiarity with website builders.
