About the Role: This isn't just a VA role; you are the operational backbone of a high-performing team. We’re hiring an Elite Tech & Operations Assistant to own the entire backend workflow for a dedicated client "pod." You will be responsible for ensuring our systems run flawlessly, our clients are onboarded seamlessly, and our team has the technical support it needs to drive incredible results.

Key Responsibilities:

•
Client Onboarding: Flawlessly execute our onboarding SOPs, setting up all client assets, accounts, forms, and automations.

•
Tech Issue Resolution: Serve as the first line of defense for technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving tickets with speed and precision.

•
Internal Team Support: Provide critical support to our media buyers and client success managers, ensuring their CRM, tracking, and delivery needs are met.

•
CRM & Calendar Integrations: Master the integration of Google Calendars, GoHighLevel, and other platforms to ensure perfect data flow.

•
Slack & Loom Communication: Communicate with world-class clarity to internal teams and clients regarding task status and technical issues.

•
SOP Development: Proactively identify bottlenecks and create new SOPs to improve our operational efficiency.

•
Pod Execution: Take extreme ownership of the backend delivery and system performance for your pod.

Skills & Tools Required:

•
Mastery of Make (Integromat ) or Zapier for complex workflow automation.

•
Deep expertise in GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.

•
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).

•
Flawless written and verbal communication in English.

•
A true problem-solver who thinks strategically, not just a task-doer.
