We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Go High Level (GHL) Snapshot Architect to help plan, structure, and build a comprehensive GHL snapshot designed specifically for tour operators and tourism-focused businesses. This is a project-based opportunity to create a reusable, industry-specific GHL setup that includes everything from lead capture to automated communication, sales pipelines, and customer lifecycle flows.
Project Scope:
The goal is to develop a fully integrated, white-labeled GHL snapshot that can be replicated across multiple tourism-related businesses. This includes:
• Strategizing and mapping the entire customer journey for tour operators—from lead generation through booking and follow-up.
• Structuring GHL components including custom fields, tags, triggers, pipelines, calendars, and automations specific to tourism workflows.
• Designing and building the actual snapshot with all assets: funnels, forms, surveys,
• Developing reusable templates for onboarding, booking confirmations, follow-ups, reviews, and upsells.
• Creating a system that’s scalable and easy to deploy across clients in the tourism industry.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on initial strategy and planning of the snapshot architecture.
• Build out a clean, scalable structure inside Go High Level suited for the tourism niche.
• Implement lead capture, lead nurturing, and booking automation workflows.
• Customize CRM elements to align with tour operator workflows (group tours, private bookings, custom itineraries, etc.).
• Configure integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Google Sheets, Stripe, etc.).
• Deliver the final snapshot with documentation or a short training session for handoff.
Ideal Experience:
• Extensive hands-on experience with Go High Level (snapshots, workflows, automations, triggers, pipelines).
• Strong understanding of CRM design, funnel architecture, and lead lifecycle automation.
• Familiarity with the tourism or experience-based business model (tour operators, activity providers, etc.).
• Ability to think strategically and execute detailed technical builds.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
