JOB OVERVIEW

What This Role Is

You are responsible for knowing the numbers of the business at all times.

Your job is to take a business that currently runs on calls, memory, and chaos—and turn it into something that is clear, trackable, and controlled.

You are not here to guess.
You are here to know.

What You Will Be Doing

Track all sales activity inside GoHighLevel

Leads, responses, appointments, deals, revenue

Ensure pipelines and data are accurate (Move to correct pipeline stage)

Respond to Leads via Messages (SMS )

Track all jobs and installs (Housecall Pro preferred)

Sold ? Scheduled ? Installed ? Completed

Identify delays or issues

Track all money (this is critical)

What has been collected

What is still unpaid

Who owes money

Flag unpaid invoices daily

Maintain a daily reporting dashboard

Sales

Installs

Cash collected vs owed

Provide a weekly report

Sales performance

Install performance

Cash flow

Key issues

Identify problems before anyone asks

Missed leads

Delayed jobs

Unpaid invoices

What You Are NOT Doing

You are not managing sales reps

You are not guessing

You are responsible for accuracy, visibility, and control
