We are a fast-growing car rental company seeking a highly experienced Virtual Assistant with advanced knowledge of Go High Level (GHL) to support and help manage daily operations.
This is a full-time position for someone who can take ownership of our systems, leads, and customer communication. You will be responsible for both backend setup and front-end sales execution.
This is not an entry-level role. Applicants without a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Go High Level experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize our Go High Level CRM system
* Upload contracts and configure e-signature workflows
* Build and maintain automations, triggers, and campaigns
* Create and manage pipelines to track and convert leads
* Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, texts,
* Follow up with leads and convert them into active renters
* Perform daily outreach (target of 50+ leads as the business scales)
* Assist with
* Create and edit content for social media
* Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally
* Upsell services and maximize revenue per customer

Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience using Go High Level (GHL)
* Strong understanding of CRM systems, automations, and pipeline management
* Confident and professional on the phone (sales experience required)
* Experience with
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Must be available to work weekends
* Must be able to start work at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PT)
* Reliable internet and ability to consistently meet schedule expectations
* Self-starter who can take initiative and operate independently

Compensation
* $5/hour (full-time)
