We are a fast-growing insurance and retirement planning agency focused on helping clients transition into Medicare and protect their financial future. We’re building scalable systems and need a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help optimize and automate our marketing and lead flow.

???? Role Overview:

We are looking for a Go High Level expert who can help us build, optimize, and maintain our CRM, funnels, and automations — while also improving our Google presence (SEO, Google Business Profile, reviews, etc.).

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.

???? Responsibilities:

Go High Level (CORE FOCUS)
• Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and forms
• Set up workflows, triggers, and automations (SMS, email, voicemail drops)
• Manage pipelines and opportunity tracking
• Integrate GHL with other tools (Zapier, webhooks, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and improve existing systems

Google Optimization
• Optimize Google Business Profile (GBP)
• Improve local SEO rankings (especially for Medicare/insurance keywords)
• Manage and respond to reviews
• Help generate more inbound leads via Google
• Basic keyword research + implementation

Additional (Bonus)
• Landing page copy improvements (conversion-focused)
• Calendar/booking setup
• Reporting on lead flow and performance
