JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based business in the print and sign industry seeking a Go High Level (GHL) expert to fully set up our lead capture, CRM pipeline, and marketing automation system.

This is a one-time freelance project with clearly defined deliverables. You will help us launch our first marketing campaigns, capture leads efficiently, and ensure smooth handoff to our sales team.

????? What You’ll Be Setting Up
1. GHL Account Configuration
Brand setup: logo, colors, favicon

Business location profile and timezone

Email and SMS integration (LeadConnector or Twilio)

Assistance with domain/subdomain connection for forms/landing pages

2. Lead Capture Forms (Retail + B2B)
Retail form: Name, Email, Phone, Product Interest, Message, File Upload

Wholesale form: Includes Business Name, Quantity Needs, etc.

Mobile-responsive and ready to embed or use standalone

3. CRM Pipeline Setup
Retail Pipeline: New ? Contacted ? Quote Sent ? Approved ? In Production ? Closed

Wholesale Pipeline: New ? Qualifying ? Quote Sent ? Awaiting Response ? Approved ? Repeat Customer

Add tags and filters for lead management

4. Workflow Automations
Auto-response via SMS and email after form submission

Notify internal team via email + mobile app

Follow-up SMS if no reply within 24 hours

Conditional logic based on product selected

Internal tasks/reminders if quote not marked sent

5. Platform Integrations

Facebook Lead Ads ? Auto-route to correct pipeline with tagging

Google Ads lead form integration (or prep via webhook/Zapier)

Twilio/LeadConnector setup for SMS and call tracking

Optional: Connect Google My Business (GMB)

6. Assets to Create
Branded SMS and email templates with variable tags

Simple quote request landing page (using GHL forms and page builder)

1–2+ years Go High Level experience (not just as a user — you’ve built systems)
Able to configure forms, workflows, and pipelines from scratch
Strong understanding of lead lifecycle and sales pipelines
Familiarity with Zapier or n8n is a plus
Bonus: Experience working with businesses in the print, signage, or manufacturing space

Fixed Project Rate: $TBD USD
Strong work may lead to future contracts for follow-up features and campaign builds
