JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:

We’re a fast-growing marketing and consulting company seeking a Go High Level (GHL) Expert Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This role isn’t for someone who just knows the basics—you’ll be responsible for building, optimizing, and troubleshooting advanced systems and automations inside of GHL that drive revenue for our clients and internal brands.

What You’ll Do:

Build & Manage Advanced Automations: Design complex workflows that connect CRM, pipelines, and campaigns seamlessly.
SMS & Email Routing: Ensure notifications, triggers, and responses are routed to the correct reps or teams based on rules/conditions.
Integration Management: Connect and troubleshoot ---------- with Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Zapier, Stripe, Calendly, and other APIs.
AI & Voice Features: Set up and optimize AI voice drops, call routing, voicemail automations, and AI chatbots.
Tracking & Analytics: Configure call tracking, attribution models, and reporting dashboards.
Pipeline Optimization: Create and refine pipelines with advanced triggers, conditions, and follow-up sequences.
Form & Survey Logic: Build conditional forms, surveys, and appointment booking flows.
Troubleshooting & QA: Audit and test systems regularly to ensure automations fire correctly without errors.
Data Hygiene: Manage tagging, segmentation, and database cleanup to keep campaigns targeted and efficient.

Must-Have Skills:

Deep hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL)
Strong knowledge of automation logic, CRM pipelines, and advanced workflow building.
Experience integrating tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and third-party tools.
Understanding of SMS compliance (TCPA, opt-out management) and proper routing best practices.
Familiarity with AI integrations (voice/text/chat) inside of GHL.
Ability to document processes and maintain SOPs.
Proactive problem-solver who can think strategically and execute quickly.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with API integrations and custom webhooks.
Background in digital marketing campaigns, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Facebook Conversion API, and UTM tracking setups.
