Job Description: Go High-Level CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist

Location: United Kingdom

About Us:
Leighton Vans is a leading specialist in custom commercial vehicle sales, upgrades, and parts. We are looking for a highly skilled **Go High-Level CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist** to take control of our CRM operations, automation workflows, and marketing funnels.

Key Responsibilities:
- **CRM Management**: Oversee and optimize Go High-Level CRM, ensuring it meets business needs.
- **Automation Setup & Execution**: Develop, implement, and refine automation workflows for customer journeys, lead nurturing, and follow-ups.
- **Marketing Funnels**: Design and manage high-converting marketing funnels to drive engagement and sales.
- **Integration & Customization**: Ensure seamless integration between CRM, website, and other marketing tools.
- **Lead Tracking & Analysis**: Monitor and analyze lead flow, pipeline performance, and conversion rates.
- **Email & SMS Campaigns**: Create, schedule, and manage automated email and SMS marketing sequences.
- **Reporting & Optimization**: Regularly review campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.
- **Training & Support**: Provide internal support and training on CRM best practices for the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements:
- **Proven experience** with Go High-Level CRM (or similar platforms).
- Strong knowledge of **marketing automation, funnel creation, and lead generation**.
- Experience with **email marketing, SMS campaigns, and CRM integration**.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a **proactive** approach.
- Knowledge of API integrations and workflow automations is a plus.
