JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a Go High Level Specialist who knows the platform inside and out — from funnels and workflows to integrations, automations, and analytics.

This person will take full ownership of our sales automation ecosystem — designing, implementing, and managing lead generation, onboarding, and retention systems that fuel the company’s growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team to turn marketing ideas into seamless, revenue-driving GHL systems.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Funnel & Campaign Management

Build and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and lead capture systems inside Go High Level.

Create automations for onboarding, upsells, and retention.

Design and A/B test pages for conversion optimization and user flow.

2. Automation & Workflow Design:

Develop smart workflows using triggers, tags, and custom logic.

Integrate multi-step automations for leads, clients, and team operations.

Connect GHL with external systems via API, webhooks, Zapier, or ---------- .

3. CRM & Pipeline Optimization:

Set up and manage pipelines, deal stages, and contact segmentation.

Automate follow-ups, task creation, and lead scoring systems.

Ensure smooth data flow between funnels, CRM, and external tools.

4. Communication & Engagement Systems:

Build and manage SMS, email, voicemail, and chat automations.

Personalize engagement using dynamic fields and behavioral triggers.

Monitor campaign metrics and continuously improve deliverability and open rates.

5. Reporting & Insights:

Create dashboards to monitor funnel performance and MRR growth.

Track KPIs (conversion rate, cost per lead, response rate, ROI).

Report actionable insights weekly for optimization.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience working inside Go High Level (agency or in-house).

Deep knowledge of funnels, CRM, automations, email/SMS campaigns, and integrations.

Strong understanding of marketing automation, lifecycle campaigns, and customer journeys.

Experience connecting GHL with Stripe, Calendly, Google Suite, OpenAI, or ---------- .

Strong analytical skills with an eye for UX and conversion optimization.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.


*(Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)):

Experience in the AI, coaching, or digital course industries.

Basic design ability (Figma or Canva) for funnel visuals and branding consistency.

Familiarity with AI tools, custom GPTs, or chat automation integrations.

Knowledge of copywriting or direct-response marketing principles.
