Global Supply Chain & Operations Lead
Focus: Demand Planning, Fulfillment & Regional Compliance
About the Role
We're looking for the architect of our global hardware fulfillment operation. You'll ensure our resellers across LATAM, North America, and EMEA never experience a stockout, that our hardware compliance (NOM, ANATEL, CE) stays ahead of our sales expansion, and that our purchasing strategy balances margin against lead-time risk. This is not a coordination role — you will own the physical supply chain end to end.
Key Responsibilities
Global Demand Planning
Transform historical sales data into a rolling 6–12 month forecast. Determine what we order, when, and from which origin (China vs. Houston) to optimize for both cost and speed.
Country Coordination & Compliance
Lead market-entry operations for new countries — mapping required certifications, import hurdles, tax/duty implications, and local SIM/data provider sourcing.
Vendor Management
Own the relationship with our primary hardware partners (e.g., Streamax), including negotiating reorder points, buffer stock requirements, and SLA compliance.
Process Automation
Maintain our Fulfillment Live Tracker and use AI and low-code tools (Zapier/Make) to build workflows that flag backorder risk before it becomes a customer-facing issue.
What Success Looks Like
Operational Rigor — You act on data, not just report it. If a SKU shows 20 days of supply against a 40-day lead time, the purchase order is already being drafted before it comes up in a meeting.
Global Fluency — You understand that logistics in Brazil are not the same as logistics in Canada, and you navigate tradeoffs like China drop-ship margin vs. local warehouse speed instinctively.
Builder Mindset — You treat manual processes as a problem to solve. You use AI to automate reporting, status updates, and vendor communications so you can focus on strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience in demand planning, inventory forecasting, or supply chain management, ideally in hardware/physical goods
Experience navigating multi-country compliance, customs, and import/export regulations
Comfort with vendor negotiation and SLA management
Practical experience using AI tools and/or low-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar) to streamline operational workflows
Strong async communication skills and ability to work across time zones
Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a strong plus, given our LATAM focus
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
