We are a growing Amazon FBA brand based in Berlin, Germany, and we are looking for a reliable German-speaking Virtual Assistant to support us with product research, reporting, and basic Amazon operational tasks.
Main responsibilities:
1. Product research / niche analysis
- Complete structured niche analysis templates based on our internal framework
- Use tools such as Helium 10, Amazon Seller Central (including Product Opportunity Explorer), and Data Dive
- One analysis usually takes around 2 hours
- Target: at least 20 completed analyses per month
2. Reporting / KPI tracking
- Collect weekly KPI data from Amazon Seller Central, Advertising Console, and Sellerboard
- Enter all relevant numbers into Google Sheets
- There is also historical data that needs to be backfilled
3. Daily checks
- Check inventory levels daily
- Check whether all listings are live
- Create and manage Amazon Seller Support cases or tickets if needed
Optional later:
- German customer support, but without making refund or replacement decisions independently
What we are looking for:
- Very good written German
- Strong attention to detail
- Structured and reliable working style
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ideally experience with Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, or e-commerce reporting
- Comfortable following SOPs, videos, and written instructions
