JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small team looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us stay organized and keep things moving.

This is not a very specialized role. Instead, we are looking for someone who can help wherever needed, handle repetitive tasks we don’t have time for, and help us stay on track.

If you are organized, proactive, and comfortable handling different types of tasks, this role could be a good fit.

Examples of tasks may include:

• Following up with people by email
• Helping organize information in Google Sheets
• Online research (finding businesses, contacts, information)
• Data entry and repetitive administrative tasks
• Reminding the team about pending tasks or follow-ups
• Helping keep lists, documents, and projects organized
• Other small tasks that help the team save time

Some days the tasks will be very simple. Other days you may help with research or organization. Flexibility is important.

What we are looking for:

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable doing repetitive tasks
• Able to follow instructions carefully
• Reliable and responsive
• Comfortable reminding the team about pending tasks
• Good written English
• Comfortable working with new or evolving tasks that may not always have perfect instructions

We are looking for someone who is proactive and responsible. If you notice something that needs follow-up or a task that has been forgotten, we appreciate someone who can remind us and help keep things moving.
