Job Description:
As a General Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, encompassing content organization, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), research, and providing personal/administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research to bolster client projects and facilitate decision-making processes.
Assist in project planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Manage social media accounts, curate compelling content, and engage with followers to bolster our clients' online presence.
Handle data entry and organizational tasks to uphold precise records.
Execute personal assistance duties including booking reservations, online shopping, and managing household expenses.
Requirements:
English fluency
Proven track record as a virtual assistant or in a similar capacity.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational prowess and adeptness at multitasking.
Proficiency in productivity tools.
Ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities.
