### **About the Role:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated **Virtual Assistant** with experience in **Amazon product sourcing** to help identify **profitable products** for resale. This role involves researching and analyzing products based on profitability, demand, competition, and sourcing opportunities (e.g., wholesale, online arbitrage, or private label).
You must be familiar with Amazon selling tools, able to work independently, and deliver high-quality results on time. Also able to speak & write fluent English.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct product research using tools such as **Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Keepa, SellerAmp (SAS), Tactical Arbitrage**, or others.
* Identify products with high demand, low competition, and strong profit margins.
* Analyze sales rank, buy box data, FBA fees, and overall profitability.
* Source products from wholesale suppliers, online retailers, or manufacturers.
* Maintain organized spreadsheets of product leads and sourcing data.
* Monitor trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
* Communicate findings clearly and regularly with the team.

### **Requirements:**
* Proven experience with **Amazon FBA** product sourcing (private label, wholesale, or OA).
* Proficient with tools such as **Keepa, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerAmp**, or **Tactical Arbitrage**.
* Strong understanding of Amazon fees, BSR (Best Sellers Rank), ROI, and profit calculation.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow criteria strictly.
* Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely without supervision.
* Good communication skills (written and verbal).
* Organized, consistent, and trustworthy.

### **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience working with Amazon sellers or agencies.
* Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.
* Knowledge of supplier sourcing platforms like Alibaba, 1688, or ThomasNet.
* Basic knowledge of listing optimization, keyword research, and Amazon policies is a plus.
