JOB OVERVIEW

My name is Richard Dapshis, and I am one of the owners of Dapshis & Williams LLC. We operate a Shopify store selling tailor shears and fabric scissors to customers in the United States and handle our own fulfillment in Texas, USA.

Regarding the Job

This is a full-time position – if any part-time work is being done, you will not be considered for the position.

The position is available immediately.

6 days per week – Monday to Saturday (Saturday half day, Sunday off).

You will be performing a variety of tasks, most of which I will guide you through and create tutorials and training materials for.

Tasks

1. Coordinating with customers/influencers to retrieve testimonial videos/demonstrations/etc for our products.

2. Organizing all video testimonials from influencers/customers into categories for editing.

3. Basic editing within Premiere Pro and/or equivalent editing software to produce video testimonial ads based on templates we have already created.

4. Preparing these videos and resources each week for approval.

Experience & Requirements:

1. Extremely organized.

2. Understanding time constraints and meeting deadlines.

3. Premiere Pro and/or editing software experience (basic knowledge).

4. Any experience with influencers (TikTok especially is a plus).

5. Excellent written English.

6. A powerful PC/Mac capable of handling editing.

7. Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel and Word.

8. Adobe PDF experience.

9. Google Sheets and Google Drive experience.

10. High-speed home internet.

2. 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time working hours.

3. Flexible vacation – 10 days per year.
