About This Role
You'll be the person responsible for daily video content production at scale. We handle the strategy and tools — you handle the execution. Your job is simple: download videos, use our AI tools to edit them quickly, and upload them to our ad platform.
This is not creative work. This is execution work. We provide everything you need (tools, guidelines, competitor sources). You follow the process, hit daily targets, and the volume speaks for itself.
If you're reliable, fast, and comfortable with repetitive high-volume work, this is a good fit.
Your Workflow (Repeating Cycle - Daily)
Research & Download
We provide you with specific keywords and competitor sources
You find and download trending videos from TikTok matching those criteria
Daily target: 50-150 high-quality video files (we have AI tools to help with this)
Edit & Brand
We provide AI tools to speed up the editing process
Apply our editing guidelines (branding, framing, formatting)
Keep edits minimal and consistent
Maintain consistent quality standards across batches
Daily target: 50-100 edited videos ready for upload (we have AI tools to help with this)
Upload & Launch
Add videos to
Set up basic ad campaigns with provided budgets
Daily target: Videos live and tracking within 24 hours of download
(You will not manage the ads just launching them)
Track & Report
Monitor performance metrics (CPA, CTR, conversion rate)
Log results in shared spreadsheet/dashboard
Flag top performers and underperformers
Weekly: Performance reports and trend analysis
Core Skills Required
Must Have:
TikTok video downloading (yt-dlp, 4K Video Downloader, or equivalent) ( we have our own tool that we developed)
Video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Shotcut, or similar)
Facebook
Google Sheets or Airtable proficiency
Attention to detail & organization (file naming, folder structure)
Comfortable learning new tools quickly
Nice to Have:
Ad copy/headline writing experience
A/B testing knowledge
Analytics/reporting experience
Graphic design basics
Motion graphics or effects editing
What Success Looks Like
Week 1-2: Understand our editing standards and workflow
Week 2-3: Producing 40-50 edited videos per day (we will provide AI tools to help you)
Ongoing: Consistently delivering 50+ videos/day with <2% quality issues
Month 2+: Identifying trends in what performs best, suggesting optimizations
Workflow Specifics
Turnaround: Download ? Edit ? Upload & Launch the ads within one business day
Daily volume: 40-50 videos minimum
Video length: Varies by test (we'll specify)
Editing complexity: Minimal (branding, formatting, framing) — AI tools provided
Ad manager setup: Simple (we provide templates/guidelines)
Reporting: Daily summary, weekly deep-dive (1-2 hrs)
Time commitment: ~3-4 hours/day once ramped up
