JOB OVERVIEW

Manage listings, pricing, availability, photos, and calendars on Airbnb, ---------- , Agoda, and similar platforms.

Respond to guest inquiries, coordinate arrivals, departures, key handovers, and resolve guest concerns.
Arrange and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, AC repairs, pest control, gardening, and other vendor services.
Schedule preventive maintenance and follow up on outstanding repair requests.

Maintain organized digital records, including emails, invoices, permits, guest documents, and company files.
Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and registrations through the DTCM Holiday Homes Portal.
Maintain DTCM compliance records, property permits, and monthly Tourism Dirham reconciliations.
