Key Responsibilities
Design static image creatives for Meta adsExecute rapid iterations based on creative briefs and performance feedbackProduce diverse visual styles within campaigns (advertorial, lifestyle, product-focused, UGC-style, educational)Adapt concepts across different customer awareness levels (unaware, problem-aware, solution-aware)Maintain brand consistency (when briefed so) Deliver quick turnarounds (24-48 hours for standard requests)
What We’re Looking For
Strong portfolio demonstrating range across multiple visual stylesExperience designing for performance marketing/paid social (Meta preferred)Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate strategic concepts into compelling visualsProficiency in design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Canva, etc.)AI ProficiencyUnderstanding of direct response design principlesComfortable working with UGC-style, advertorial, and polished brand aestheticsSelf-directed with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
